Bridge of Hope School is a private school. It was set up in Kalangala about two years ago. Unlike government schools, which have very large classes  of 90 children, many of whom do not want to learn, Bridge has small classes, so pupils get a great deal of attention. Have you heard of a napping (打盹) company? A Spanish company has opened the first public napping space in M adrid. Siesta & Go promises the Spanish people a quiet and restful getaway in the city’s business center.
Napping spaces are already nothing new places in other big cities in the world. But the idea would appear to work well with the culture of Spain, where people traditionally take a midday nap.
The Madrid nap bar recently opened with 19 beds. They can be rented by the minute or by the hour. People can choose either a private or shared room. An hour of napping time inside a private room costs about $ 15.
The company also offers areas to work, as well as armchairs, newspapers and coffee for those not wishing to sleep. Philip Marco is one happy customer. He says he gets tired during the day because he has a long drive to work. He says the midday nap is the perfect way to build up energy. “I come for about 30 minutes, something like that. Sleeping for 30 minutes usually is enough for me to be able to get throu gh the evening.”
Siesta & Go provides all bedding, clean nightshirts and other materials. Nappers can request to be woken up when their time is up.
While many Spanish people love their midday naps, others like Carlos Villarroja say they are just too busy to keep this tradition. “It’s a Spanish tradition, but I think it’s more of an impractical thing than a tradition. Because with the lifestyle we have the working hours, we have very little free time for a nap, in my case, at least during the week.”
But many health experts believe there is evidence that taking a short nap is very good for the body and mind. Scientific studies show that taking a nap can also prevent heart disease, lower blood pressure and reduce stress.

We all know the saying, “Nobody is perfect.” It has been planted in our brains since we were children, and of course, it is the truth. So if nobody is perfect, why do we have such a hard time admitting when we are in trouble or need help?
Like many other young people trying to get through their first year of college, I felt anxious, and it had its grips on me pretty tight. It began getting in the way(妨碍) of my life, and I had to sit down and tell myself that my behavior was not healthy and there was a sol ution. Finally, I decided to turn to therapy(精神疗法).
Therapy. It has such a negative stigma (污名), but why? Does going to therapy mean that you are failing as a person or that  you cannot fix your prob lems on your own? No. Going to therapy means that you are strong enough to recognize that something inside your head is not working correctly, and you are brave enough to try to solve it.
After a couple of weeks, many parts of my life became so much clearer. I began to understand that I, myself, am my worst enemy, which was pretty frightening. But, although frightened, I knew that it was only I who could guide me towards feeling better, and that was extremely empowering.
I have been guid ed towards a healthier mindset, one that is positive and powerful. I have been able to understand that no matter what happens in my life. I will always be okay.
A lot of people do not understand that it is normal to have negative feelings and sometimes to feel like we have lost control over certain parts of our lives. Seeing a therapist can greatly change your way of thinking about something if you keep your mind open and I am so thankful that I decided to go and do something for myself.
So,if you are in need of help, you can go to therapy and then everything will be okay.

A. Anxiety greatly influenced the author.
B. Anxiety encouraged the author to change.
C. The author couldn’t deal with the college life.
D. The author had no idea what to do.
33. In the author’s opinion, going to therapy ____ ____.
A. means you are failing as a person
B. can be quite unnecessary
C. can make others think wrongly about you
D. means you’re brave enough to solve your problems

34. After a couple of weeks, how did the author react?
A. She became more positive and confident. B. She became too frightened of her own life.
C. She became worried about her anxiety.
D. She realized college was her worst enemy.
35. What’s the author’s purpose in writing the text?
A. To tell us how to think positively. B. To show it is OK to be imperfect.

第二节 书面表达
Dear Henry,
I’m Li Hua. I’m writing to tell you something about fast food in China.
Fast food is becoming more and more popular in China, especially among children and teenagers.
There are several reasons for its popularity. First, it is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Second, the environment of fast food restaurant is both clean and comfortable. Third, it has excellent service, and the quality of food is guaranteed.
However, in terms of nutrition, fast food is far from perfect to satisfy the children’s need. It doesn’t offer enough fiber and body-building and energy-giving food. Because it is usually not a balanced diet.
As far as I am concerned, fast food is only a good choice when you are in a hurry. It’s good for people, especially children, to eat fast food as little as possible.
 Thanks for your kindness.
Yours,
