Faye Wong and Li Yapeng started Smile Angel Foundation (基金会)in 2006. It works with the Red Cross Society of China and its purpose is to help children under 14 who have cleft lips(唇裂). Ma Juan is now a Junior 3 student at Yuwang Middle School in Ningxia. She has left school twice before. She remembers her unusual experiences clearly.
