Step 1:Warming up(Free talk and watching a party flash)
T:Class begins, hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet  you. Sit down please.
T:What do you often do on the weekend?
Ss:I often do homework/ wash my clothes/play computer games/read books.
T:Boys and girls, before the class, let’s play a game,ok? I do, you guess what can I do!ok?
Ss:OK!
(Playing game:
 Swim, run, wash my clothes, play football,, sing)
T:Boys and girls, now let’s watch a flash, ok ?   S:Yes!
(Watching flash)
T:Is the girl happy?
Ss:Yes!
T:Because she is in a party,right?
T:Do you know party?Look at this picture,this is a party.(引导学生说party,让其通过图片了解party含义)We’ll have an English party next Tuesday.Do you know “next Tuesday”?Please look at the picture.(请学生找出next Tuesday)
Let’s look at some pictures,and guess what they can do for the party.
Step 2:Leading(Let’s try:Listen and tick)
T:Please look at this picture,who is he ?
Ss:He is Mike.
T:Let’s talk to him,ok?Hi Mike,what can you do?
T&Ss:I can draw pictures.
T:Who is coming?
Ss:Zhangpeng.
T:Let’s talk to him.Hi,ZhangPeng,what can you do?
T&Ss:I can sing.
T:So today our lesson is “What can you do?”(板书)
T:Boys and girls!Please look at the pictures! Who is he ?(Let’s try中的两张图片)
Ss: He is Mike.
T:What can Mike do?
Ss:Mike can draw pictures.Mike can dance.(T引导Ss回答)
T: Now please open your books turn to page P38, and take out your pens.
  Let’s try! What can Mike do? Listen and tick.Are you ready?(Ss:Yes.) Let’s begin!

1.带着问题看课文动画:
T: Let’s watch a flash and answer two questions:
